Refund and Returns Policy

Note: This info is just for those who desire to purchase recto products or are already our clients!


The item cannot be exchanged or refunded if it shows signs of use, e.g. mounted, heat-molded, skated in, worn. If you intend to keep inline wheels and frames, do not insert bearings into them or attach them to boots. They cannot be exchanged or refunded. Our policy is to return items to customers if any of these situations arise.

Returns/Exchanges Contact Email:

Return Shipping: Returns must be insured and prepaid by the customer. The return freight fee is not our responsibility. The product(s) should be packed securely. Damage to the package during shipping is our responsibility. Exchanges will be covered by us.

Custom Boots: There is no return for custom boots, since custom boots are made according to your size.

We’ll make sure the refund reaches you within 7 days once we’ve checked the condition of the product. In case the product is not in stock for exchange, we will notify you as soon as possible! Kindly note that we will not refund the original shipping charges.

It usually takes 2-3 business days for your refund to reflect in the payment method you used to make the purchase.


The warranty period for Recto skates and other items is 12 months from the date of purchase. Wear and tear are not covered by the warranty. Here are items that are not included in the warranty:

  • Skates with crash damage. In the event that you crash and something has been scratched or broken, the warranty will not cover it.
  • We do not provide warranty if your boots are damaged for example you’ve used washers between the boot and the frame or there occurs overheating when heat molding.

We will be happy to assist you in solving your manufacturing problem as soon as possible if you think it is a mistake on our part.

Please contact the shop with your receipt if you purchased it from our store. Your warranty claim will be handled by us.

Please email us at  with the following information:

  • Please provide your order number.
  • The model number of the skates, how long you owned them, what you were doing with them when you experienced the problem.
  • Please provide the photo evidence so that we can confirm the problem. And it would be better if you draw arrows. Things would be easy for us.
  • Write your name, contact no, address, and Email Id as it appears on the order.
