Bought poison quad skates. Quality is good but there’s no return policy. Even if the product is good a customer would want to return due to xyz reason and I offered to deduct an amount to return but they insist on product quality and warranty which I agree is good but as a customer I don’t feel confident to approach recto skates for my future purchases and would recommend prospective buyers to make an informed decision. I will give full marks for prompt response to my initial query and quick delivery but disappointed overall.
