If order is incorrect

We will send a return label if we have sent the incorrect products on an order due to an error on our part. The customer is responsible for returning the products if they have taken them to a country other than where they were originally shipped.

Taxes and duties are your responsibility. Due to the different systems in different countries, we are not aware of these fees. You can get this information from customs.
